Begin this form with the full and legal name of the company followed by the complete address where the principle business is conducted including the city, state & zip code certifying the ownership of the vehicle.
Then choose the mode through which the company establishes the ownership followed by detailed description of the vehicle including the vehicle year, make, model, model, Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) & State of Registration.
In the next section, provide the full and legal name of the towing company along with its TDLR License #, certifying its appointment as the lawful agent of the company but certain terms and conditions need to be abided by them.
These include; “Authority to Act” wherein the agent has the power to act on behalf of the principle with regards to the motor vehicle described above but the power is only limited to making payment to Vehicle Storage Facility (mention their name) and obtaining release from them.
