California Specific Property Special Power of Attorney Form must begin with the legally registered name of the person who wishes to appoint the agent and can also be termed as the grantor followed by the full and legal name of the agent (first, middle, last) and then the complete address with the city, state & zip code of the property for which the agent needs to be appointed.
How to Fill the California Specific Property Special Power of Attorney Form
The agent which is to be appointed is required to perform certain basic tasks such as improvements and fixtures to the property. Along with that they also need to perform other tasks or in other words take care of certain duties and responsibilities pertaining to the given property. These duties as elaborated on the form which includes matters related to collection of money from any person related to the property; convey, transfer, assign said property in return of any debt owned by us or either of us; sell; rent; mortgage; etc or take care of legal matters by any means necessary; clear or deal with any tax related matters; act on grantor’s behalf to sign or seal any document which will be considered as equal to that of the grantor; and to deal with any or every matter as stated on the document.
In the end the document must be dated, named and signed by the grantor, which certifies that they authorize the agent to act on their behalf to any matters related to the property by any means necessary to take a decision which is in the best interest of the same.
